Parent Handbook & Other Policies

Beginning the 2025 – 2026 school year, Rocky Mountain Enrichment has implemented the RME App for easy mobile access to everything RME including registering for classes and events, communicating with the RME staff, and acceptance of policies that help us keep your family safe while participating in any RME program or event.

The parent handbook and other policies are attached to the applicable classes with the RME App, and agreement is required for enrollment in any RME-sponsored program or event. You may download a copy of each of the policies below.

The following handbook is available for download through the RME App and agreement is required when enrolling in any RME program.

The following policies are included within the RME Parent Portal and agreement is required upon enrollment in any RME program. 

As of the 2025-2026 school year, the Parent Portal will be the official method of communication between families and RME. Be sure to set up your account and explore all the features it offers to help us connect with your family.

Enrollment is Open for the 25/26 School Year

Families can now register with Colorado Homeschool Enrichment (CHE) to be eligible for state funding for the next school year.

Families seeking state funding for the 25/26 school year must complete ALL steps below:

  1. Register your family and choose your preferred program for each student through RME’s New Enrollment System.
  2. Apply for state funding through CHE’s Online Application, and select Rocky Mountain Enrichment as your chosen program.
