Enrollment & Funding

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year!

This page outlines the essential updates and enrollment steps required for all families participating in Rocky Mountain Enrichment (RME).

Program Updates & Funding

Effective for the 2026–2027 school year, Colorado law (SB26-023) has established new regulations for homeschool enrichment programs.

  • District Funding: RME has secured direct funding through District 11 (D11).
  • Residency: You do NOT need to live within D11 boundaries to receive this funding.
  • Eligibility: Students must be 5 years old by October 1 to be eligible for state funding.
  • Program Structure: Due to CDE regulations, RME can no longer intermix state-funded and self-pay students; therefore, we cannot accept self-pay students at this time.

Required Enrollment Actions

A Notice of Intent must be filed annually for every student.

All families must enroll their students specifically with District 11.
