This small-group tutoring program rooted in the Orton-Gillingham and All About Reading methodologies. Led by Ms. Brandy, an experienced special-education teacher, each 1.5-hour session blends explicit, multisensory instruction in reading and spelling with engaging, cross-curricular explorations in math, history, science, and art. We keep groups to just 10 students maximum and form skill-based levels (“No Knowledge” and “3-Letter Words Only”) so every child learns at the pace that’s right for them, regardless of age or grade.
Sessions meet Monday or Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and all participants receive hands-on, kinesthetic activities in class plus take-home resources and optional online practice to reinforce skills between meetings.
