At Rocky Mountain Enrichment, we believe in the power of learning through nature. Our Nature Program is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to help students connect deeply with the natural world while building academic, social, and emotional skills through outdoor play and exploration.

This program is the perfect fit for families who value fresh air, physical activity, and inquiry-based learning. Inspired by Montessori principles and child-led curiosity, our Nature Program supports independence, confidence, and environmental awareness, all in an encouraging outdoor setting.

About Our Nature Program

Kindergarten Nature Program

Ages 5–6 | Tuesdays | 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Location varies monthly (Colorado Springs area)
Max: 14 students

Designed specifically for our youngest learners, the Kindergarten Nature Program allows children to explore the natural world through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities. From nature walks and sensory activities to songs, stories, and hands-on learning, students will build early academic and social-emotional skills while experiencing the joy of the outdoors.

Elementary Nature Program

Ages 6–10 | Thursdays | 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Location varies monthly (Colorado Springs area)
Max: 16 students

The Elementary Nature Program gives homeschoolers the opportunity to engage in science, art, and environmental studies through hands-on, project-based learning outdoors. Students will hike, explore, and create while developing academic skills and fostering teamwork, observation, and problem-solving.

The Elementary Nature Adventure Program empowers homeschoolers to build confidence through hands-on science, art, environmental studies, and wilderness skills. Students will hike, explore, create, and develop practical outdoor skills while strengthening teamwork, critical thinking, and a deeper connection to the natural world.

We LOVE Ms. Alli, and our girl is thriving in the Rocky Mountain Enrichment Montessori inspired Preschool program. We love the small class size, how hands on Ms. Alli is, and all the activities that we’ve gotten to participate in and see Kira do. Kira is always so ready to go to class and is very happy to tell me of all the crafts and things she learns each time.

This program has been such a rich and fun experience for my children. The husband and wife that own this program have a Montessori style approach while welcoming different education styles to their program. What's been amazing about this program is that is it indeed a community! There program is so diverse, and inclusive. As a military family it's very important that we are apart of an enrichment program that is inclusive to our daughter who is autistic. Very supportive and knowledgeable program! We love it!

Rocky Mountain preschool pod has been a great addition to my son’s education. Ms. Alli is super knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, and fun! My son looks forward to going to school each week, I can tell he has so much fun learning new skills and even applies them at home. We are so thankful to have found this program and can’t wait to get our younger daughter involved when the time is right. I can’t recommend Rocky Mountain enrichment enough.
