Lead Teacher

Do you have a passion for Montessori-inspired learning and homeschool education? Rocky Mountain Enrichment is looking for a calm, confident, and proactive Lead Teacher to join our homeschool enrichment program in Colorado Springs.

We’re looking for a team member available from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, supporting multiple age groups throughout the week.

We’re looking for a lead teacher who:

Has experience with homeschool or alternative education models
Enjoys supporting mixed-age groups in a Montessori-style setting
Brings a calm, steady presence and strong classroom leadership

We’re looking for someone who sees the big picture, leads with intention, and thrives in a peaceful, child-centered learning environment. Sound like you or someone you know?
