Lead Teacher

Do you have a passion for Montessori-inspired learning and homeschool education? Rocky Mountain Enrichment is looking for a calm, confident, and proactive Lead Teacher to join our​ homeschool enrichment program in Colorado Springs.

​​We’re looking for a team member available from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM ​Monday through Friday, supporting multiple age groups throughout the week.

We’re looking for a lead teacher who:

  • Has experience with homeschool or alternative education models
  • Enjoys supporting mixed-age groups in a Montessori-style setting
  • Brings a calm, steady presence and strong classroom leadership

We’re looking for someone who sees the big picture, leads with intention, and thrives in a peaceful, child-centered learning environment. Sound like you or someone you know?

Enrollment is Open for the 26/27 School Year

Families enrolling for the 26/27 school year must complete ALL steps below:

  1. Register your family and choose your preferred program for each student through RME’s Enrollment System.
  2. All families with students who will be age 5 on or before October 1, 2026 are asked to please complete the Google Form to let RME know how you plan to cover tuition costs for the upcoming school year, this includes whether you are decided to use CHE State Funding or Self-Pay for classes.
