Ms. Alli is the co-owner of Rocky Mountain Enrichment. She is the mom to a 10 year old boy and partner to Mr. Marty. She and Marty came up with the idea to create RME after seeing the need for a home school enrichment program to create a community for students as well as the entire family. She is passionate about meeting children exactly where they are at and offering individualized lessons at each students abilities. Alli has a master's degree in Elementary Education and a Montessori certification. She is a Colorado & NY Licensed Teacher. She has extensive experience to ensures high-quality, tailored educational experiences for every child. Ms. Alli enjoys reading in her free time and spending time w/ Marty, Holden and the 2 cats and 1 dog.
Mr. Marty is the co-owner of Rocky Mountain Enrichment. He and Ms. Alli are partners and parents to their son Holden. He & Alli came up with the idea to create RME after seeing the need for a homes school enrichment program to be inclusive and offer lessons at each students academic ability. He studied Sociology and Photography in college. He has been trained in the Montessori philosophy. He has worked in several Montessori classrooms. He loves spending time outdoors with Mia our Mini Aussie puppy and taking the 2 cats on hikes.
Ms. Allie is a homeschooling mom of two boys. She has a passion for nature and wants to share all that she’s learned about the natural world and its animals with children in hopes they will become stewards of our environment. With her Bachelors of Science, experience as a Tinkergarten Leader, teaching assistant at Ruth Washburn Cooperative Nursery School in the outdoor class and is the founder of Mountain Tots, she has led Walkabouts for eight years. For the last four years, she has created early childhood curriculum for Mountain Tots and held classes throughout the southwest part of the Springs.
Ms. Elizabeth is a mom to one little boy, with a passion for physical fitness, the great outdoors & all things science. Her passions run deep with teaching & building a child to believe in themselves no matter the obstacle that they may face. She has worked with kids since she was a teen, in many different facets of life & will push your child to become the best version of themselves. She will continue to teach in the Pre-K room, but will also provide all students with physical education. Since she was a kid, she has always worked with kids and has a strong passion for physical fitness and anatomy. By trade, she is a Coach to youth in many sports, but during the past 5 years specifically in American Ninja Warrior and O.C.R. (Obstacle Course Racing) where she also competes herself. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with an entrepreneurial mindset. She will use a curriculum that she created, that will add in basic and applied sciences of the human body movement to your child's PE program. They will be doing more than just moving their bodies. They will be learning about bones, muscles, ligaments, the central nervous system and so much more. She is grateful for this opportunity to take her passion and share it with your kids - maybe even sparking an interest in them to explore more than what we will be able to cover!
After 15 years of homeschooling 6 children, Ms. Stella is ready to jump into the world of being a working mom, while also still homeschooling some of her children who go to various part time programs. Her kids are ages range from 9-19. She holds a BA in English and a Masters in Gifted & Diverse Learners (2E). She has taught all levels from Preschool to College, often focusing in Language Arts, Speech/Debate, Montessori-style learning, Special Education, homeschooling, tutoring and subbing. Her family is Neurodivergent, and enjoys participating in events held by Autism Vision, as well as the Arc of the Pikes Peak region. In addition, they enjoy going to arcades, the movies, hosting game nights, doing Cosplay, baking and cooking together, home projects, various art projects and home school activities. She hopes to add some travel outside of the US to their future. She also has 4 dogs and 3 cats.
Brandy brings a rich, globe-trotting background and a deep commitment to inclusive, hands-on learning to Rocky Mountain Enrichment. As a military child, she spent 11 formative years in Germany, where, at age 16, she famously spent six unexpected hours exploring (and getting a bit turned around in) the Eiffel Tower. After serving six years in the Army Reserves as a medical logistics specialist, Brandy earned bachelor’s degrees in elementary and special education. For more than a decade, she has supported learners across a wide spectrum of needs, from autism and dyslexia to assistive-needs and emotional-behavioral challenges, always finding creative, fun ways to build social, math, and reading skills. Outside the classroom, Brandy and her family love to bike through scenic trails, splash at local pools, and plan their next travel adventure.
Ms. Shelby is delighted to join Rocky Mountain Enrichment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, bringing her homeschool-mama experience and passion for early childhood education to both our Preschool and Elementary classrooms. With a background in Preschool and Kindergarten instruction, she embraces a relaxed, flexible teaching style rooted in Montessori ideals, encouraging children to lead their own learning while offering hands-on materials and gentle guidance tailored to each student’s unique strengths. At home, Shelby loves tending her small hobby farm, adventuring outdoors with her family, and soaking up Colorado’s natural beauty whenever she can. She’s thrilled to be part of the RME team and looks forward to helping every child gain the confidence and tools they need to flourish, and to meeting all of our wonderful families soon!
Ms. Xochitl Silverman brings over 25 years of hands-on administrative expertise to Rocky Mountain Enrichment. Married for 12 years and proud mom to a fun-loving little boy, she and her husband also run one full-time and one part-time family business, so she knows the value of organization, creativity, and balancing many moving parts. Throughout her career, Xochitl has served as a principal’s assistant, preschool director, and grant-program manager for after-school initiatives. Most recently, she coordinated more than 120 volunteers for a nonprofit serving children from newborns through high school. Her passion for crafting clear systems and supporting teams makes her the perfect partner for Alli and the RME community. You’ll find Xochitl on-site every Wednesday, her son right alongside, delighting in the same rich, Montessori-inspired activities as his classmates. She can’t wait to meet all of our families during upcoming Family Connection Days and RME events. If you see her around campus, please stop to say hello!
Ms. Arianna, known to students as Ari, is passionate about nurturing creativity and curiosity in the classroom. Currently pursuing a degree in Art Education, she brings five years of hands-on experience volunteering and working in childcare settings to her role at RME. Whether stepping in as a substitute or partnering alongside our lead teachers, Ari weaves art-based explorations into every lesson, helping children discover new ways to express themselves and engage with core concepts. Her calm, student-centered approach reflects our Montessori ethos, guiding each child to learn at their own pace with confidence and joy.
